Tim has over 17 years of experience across a range of chemistry and chemical biology disciplines, with a consistent focus on advancing early-stage portfolios and enabling innovative chemical technologies. His key areas of expertise include covalent chemistry at Dunad Therapeutics, targeted protein degradation at Monte Rosa, BMS, Celgene, and AstraZeneca, and phenotypic screening at Novartis and AstraZeneca. He began his career in medicinal chemistry at Pfizer. Before entering the industry in the U.S., Tim completed his academic training in Canada at the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo.
