Jeff brings over 22 years of experience in cancer research and drug development. Most recently, he served as Chief Scientific and Development Officer at Ikena Oncology, where he led research and clinical programs focused on immuno-oncology, targeted therapies, and inflammatory diseases. Prior to that, he was Head of Translational Medicine at Takeda Oncology, overseeing a broad portfolio from pre-IND through regulatory approval and life-cycle management. Earlier in his career, Jeff held leadership roles at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, where he advanced multiple programs from discovery through early clinical development. His work spans all phases of oncology drug development.
