Dylan is a proteomics scientist with over 10 years of experience using mass spectrometry-based proteomics to explore biological systems and advance drug discovery. Before joining Monimoi Therapeutics, he worked as a Senior Investigator in the Proteomics Platform at Covant Therapeutics, where he helped advance multiple covalent programs through chemoproteomics and structural proteomics approaches. Earlier, during his Industrial Postdoctoral Fellowship at Amgen, he established a cell surface proteomics platform to identify novel therapeutic targets across cell lines, tissues, and organoids. Dylan earned his PhD in the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology at Western University.
